Traditional Chinese Medicine
A Path to Holistic Health
When body, mind, and soul are in harmony, the Qi flows unhindered. At Kraftfeld, we utilize the millennial wisdom of TCM to find the roots of your complaints and holistically activate your self-healing powers.

A Holistic Medical System for Body, Mind, and Soul
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a comprehensive system that brings body, mind, and soul into alignment. By combining various therapies such as Tuina, Acupuncture, Nutrition, and Qi Gong, one can strengthen the body’s innate healing capacity and promote long-term health.
TUINA – The Art of Manual Therapy
Tuina is a traditional Chinese massage technique that works on the body’s meridians and acupuncture points. Through the application of pressure, friction, and other specific techniques, the energy (Qi) in the body can be balanced. Tuina is effective for various ailments such as back pain, headaches, and stress.

Qi Gong – The Art of Movement
Qi Gong is a traditional Chinese movement practice aimed at promoting energy (Qi) and strengthening the physical body. By combining movement, breathing, and meditation, one can activate the body’s self-healing powers and enhance overall well-being.
Acupuncture / Ear Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese therapy where fine needles are inserted at specific points on the body to balance the energy (Qi) or get it flowing again.
Nutrition
Nutrition plays a vital role in TCM. By selecting foods tailored to individual needs, one can promote health and prevent illness. TCM distinguishes between different flavors (sour, bitter, sweet, pungent, salty) and temperatures (hot, cold, neutral) to customize your diet.
The Five Elements – A Way to Harmony
TCM is based on the Theory of the Five Elements (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water), which describe the different phases of life and nature. These elements represent the cyclical processes of:
- Wood: Growth
- Fire: Activity
- Earth: Stability
- Metal: Clarity
- Water: Rest/Stillness
By understanding these elements, one can better understand and harmonize their own health and environment.
My Experience with TCM
When I moved out of my childhood home at age 18, the book “The Tao of Femininity” was a guide that accompanied me through the challenges of that time. This book explained, among other things, the Five Elements, the various life phases in TCM, and Qi (energy). Much later, thanks to a colleague in the fitness industry, the movement practice of Qi Gong was added to my life; I have been teaching it since 2016. Eight years later, I began my training in Heidelberg Acupuncture. Through it, I was able to experience firsthand how everything works together—forming a complete whole with all my previously learned therapies.
I supported my father (then 83 years old) with ear acupuncture, and after only two treatments, he was able to climb stairs again and his groin pain disappeared. Acupuncture has also helped—and continues to help—me personally in various life situations.
