Treatments

In my practice, I offer a wide range of specialized treatment methods to release blockages, alleviate pain, and strengthen your vital functions. Together, we will find the right path to bring your body and soul back into harmony and leave the stress of everyday life behind.

Systemic Coaching

What if your problem simply dissolved? What would be different? How would that feel on the inside and the outside?

With systemic counseling, we work on processes of change and solution-finding, whether in a professional or private context. By adopting a different perspective, we gain the opportunity to view situations and ourselves in a new light.

TCM

Traditional Chinese Medicine comprises a full five pillars. All five treatment procedures stimulate and influence the life energy, known as Qi. In a session, these methods can be applied individually or in combination.

  • Acupuncture: Stimulates the meridians through specific points.
  • Medicinal Plants and Minerals: To support the immune system and regulate the life energy, Qi.
  • Qigong: Activates the meridians through flowing movements.
  • TUINA: One of the oldest manual therapies; similar to acupuncture, it can influence the energy pathways (meridians) using various massage and manipulation techniques.
  • Dietetics (Nutritional Theory)

Craniosacral Therapy

Through the practitioner’s gentle touch, this treatment method can release blockages and functional disorders of both the body and the soul. The treatment results in a general strengthening of vital functions and provides balance during states of tension.

Bowen Therapy

Developed by Tom Bowen, this method is a holistic, manual form of therapy. It uses gentle, rolling moves on defined parts of the body to stimulate the fascia in a way that initiates a process of physical self-regulation.

Liebscher & Bracht Therapy

Liebscher & Bracht pain therapy is an independent method for treating pain. On average, a completed course of therapy consists of 3 sessions. Regularly performing the “bottleneck stretches” (Engpassdehnungen) is the prerequisite for remaining pain-free.
