I. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all naturopathic treatments, consultations, coaching sessions, online appointments, courses, programs, and digital content provided by Naturheilpraxis Astrid Vendo – DasKraftfeld.
By scheduling an appointment, making a booking, or participating in an offer, the client or participant acknowledges and accepts these GTC as binding.
II. Services Offered
The practice provides services in the following areas:
- Naturopathic treatments (Heilpraktiker)
- Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
- Therapeutic support
- Coaching and consultation
- Online appointments / remote support
- Courses and group offerings (online and on-site)
- Member area with digital content
All services are considered service contracts within the meaning of §§ 611 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB), unless expressly agreed otherwise. No promises of cure are made. By nature, the success of a treatment cannot be guaranteed.
III. Conclusion of Contract
A contract is established through an appointment agreement or booking—whether by telephone, online, in writing, or via email. By booking, the client commits to paying the agreed-upon fee. The practice is managed strictly as an appointment-only practice; there are no open consultation hours without prior booking.
IV. Appointment Scheduling and Treatment Time
Appointments are assigned individually and reserved exclusively for the client. The duration depends on the service booked and may last up to 90 minutes or longer. In the event of a late arrival, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly; there is no entitlement to an extension of the session. Online appointments are equally considered bindingly booked treatment sessions.
V. Fees and Payment Terms
The fees stated at the time of booking apply. Unless otherwise agreed, the fee is due:
- Immediately following the treatment.
- In advance for online services.
- Before the start of the course for group offerings.
- In accordance with the booking agreement for programs or packages.
Discounted packages or special rates are subject to their respective specific conditions.
VI. Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment at no cost is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the appointment. The time of receipt of the notification is decisive. For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment or in the event of a no-show, the agreed fee will be charged unless the appointment can be reassigned to another client. This applies equally to both in-person and online appointments.
VII. Cancellation Fee
In the event of a late cancellation, the practice is entitled to charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the agreed honorarium. The reserved time is held exclusively for the respective client and, as a rule, cannot be reassigned to others at short notice. The cancellation fee is calculated taking into account any expenses saved, provided such savings actually exist.
VIII. Prepaid Services and Treatment Packages
Prepaid or discounted appointments, packages, or programs expire without compensation in the event of a late cancellation, provided no replacement appointment can be assigned. Refunds for unused services are excluded unless an agreement to the contrary exists.
IX. Courses and Group Offerings
Course and group bookings are binding. In the event of a withdrawal, there is no entitlement to a refund unless:
- The spot can be reassigned to another participant, or
- A deviating regulation has been explicitly published.
The practice reserves the right to cancel courses due to insufficient participants or for other significant reasons. In such cases, fees already paid will be refunded in full.
X. Online Services and Member Area
Digital content, videos, documents, and access to the member area are intended exclusively for personal use. Distribution, reproduction, or publication is not permitted without express written consent. There is no entitlement to the permanent availability of digital content, although high availability is sought.
XI. Duty to Cooperate and Health Information
The client undertakes to provide all relevant health information completely and truthfully. Recommendations, exercises, and advice are to be understood as supportive measures. Implementation is the sole responsibility of the client. Ongoing medical treatments must not be discontinued without consulting the treating physician.
XII. Distinction from Coaching / Consultation
Coaching and consulting services do not constitute medical healing (Heilkunde) and do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment.
XIII. Liability
The practice is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, it is liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. No liability is assumed for consequences resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
XIV. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (GDPR). Details are regulated in the separate Privacy Policy.
XV. Copyright
All distributed documents, concepts, videos, and content are protected by copyright and may only be used for personal use.
XVI. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the location of the practice.
