Here begins your personal journey – individually guided and thoughtfully designed. After each treatment, I will provide you with suitable exercises to deepen and support your process. If needed, I will also create individual videos specifically for you, so that you can clearly understand the content and confidently implement it. Whether you are receiving individual support as a patient or participating in a course: If you have any questions about your health, course content, or unfamiliar terms, please let me know. Your feedback helps me to address them specifically and create supplementary videos, images, or explanations that will then be available to all members.

Costs
Treatments are billed according to the German fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH). Private health insurance companies and public service health benefits often reimburse the costs in full or in part. Please clarify coverage with your insurance company beforehand.
