What is Liebscher & Bracht Movement Therapy?
Liebscher & Bracht movement therapy is a gentle and effective method for overcoming pain and limited mobility. Through targeted exercises and techniques, the underlying causes of complaints are treated, and the body’s natural movement and function are restored.
Using a holistic approach, we frequently treat high-strain areas and joints such as the back, knees, shoulders, and neck.
Treatment & Exercises
The Liebscher & Bracht pain therapy is a standalone method for treating pain. On average, a complete course of therapy consists of 3 sessions. The regular practice of bottleneck stretches is the prerequisite for remaining pain-free.
What does a typical appointment look like?
1. Detailed Anamnesis
Our first step is a comprehensive consultation where we discuss your medical history, symptoms, and goals. We want to understand your pain and limitations precisely to plan a personalized treatment.
2. Osteopressure
Following the consultation, we perform Osteopressure to release tension and blockages. Through gentle pressure on specific points, we can relax muscles and joints and promote circulation.
3. Bottleneck Stretches
We then perform bottleneck stretches to improve the mobility of your joints and muscles. These targeted stretches resolve “bottlenecks” in the body.
4. Home Exercises
To support your treatment and solidify your progress, you will receive exercises to do at home. These help you strengthen your muscles and maintain mobility.
5. Follow-up Care
Whether through online courses or one-on-one training, the exercises are repeated regularly. In our Member Area, you can view and practice your individual exercises at any time.

L & B Bewegungstherapie
Get active, move, and release blockages and tension slowly and purposefully. This combination resolves muscular-fascial bottlenecks caused by our modern, one-sided lifestyle.
The practice includes movement sequences with intensive stretching, neural activation, strengthening, and fascia roll massage.

Why is the Liebscher & Bracht concept so famous?
It offers an effective and sustainable solution for people with chronic pain. By combining Osteopressure with home exercises, the body can activate its self-healing powers and overcome pain in the long term.

My Discovery of Liebscher & Bracht
As a trainer, I was looking for suitable rooms for my Pilates courses in Dieburg. Through an acquaintance who is a physiotherapist, I found the perfect solution. He had already integrated the Liebscher & Bracht method into his practice and invited me to attend his courses. Back then, it was still divided into LnB Motion and Floor Forms, and I was immediately hooked.
I was looking for a method where “helping people to help themselves” was the priority—and that was exactly what L&B offered. Later, I had my own injury. As a personal trainer, I was used to physical exertion. However, a training session in sub-zero temperatures with a client pushed me further than I thought. The cold and effort overstrained my joint, and I was in severe pain.
I was so grateful when my colleague offered to treat me. I will never forget the moment the pain in my body simply vanished. After that treatment, it was clear to me that I had to learn this method myself. In 2012, I completed my training as a Liebscher & Bracht therapist.
Costs
Treatments are billed according to the German fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH). Private health insurance companies and public service health benefits often reimburse the costs in full or in part. Please clarify coverage with your insurance company beforehand.
