L&B Movement Therapy
Get active, move, and release blockages and tension in a slow and targeted manner. The Liebscher & Bracht method makes the body stronger and more flexible, and can reduce or preventatively stop movement-related pain.
This combination resolves muscular-fascial bottlenecks that have arisen as a result of our one-sided modern lifestyle. The exercises consist of movement sequences involving intensive stretching, neural activation, and strengthening, as well as fascia roll massages.

Pilates consists of movement sequences designed for greater balance, strength, and flexibility. The so-called “Powerhouse” primarily strengthens the abdomen, back, and pelvic floor. In particular, deep-lying muscle groups are targeted, strengthening your (inner) core. The fascia system is stimulated, which improves your metabolism and, consequently, your overall health.

Costs
Treatments are billed according to the German fee schedule for alternative practitioners (GebüH). Private health insurance companies and public service health benefits often reimburse the costs in full or in part. Please clarify coverage with your insurance company beforehand.
